So a while back I decided to compile a list of some of my favourite wedding venues in Leeds and the surround area. I thought it would be a great way of introducing future bride and grooms to some of the venues I have worked at and look forward to working at.

The Leeds Club makes a perfect location for any type of event: beautiful candle-lit wedding receptions, impressive parties, private dining or business meetings with dedicated conference facilities and function rooms.
Unlike other venues, there are no rules, set numbers or required packages – our wedding coordinators will help you design the day of your dreams from red carpet arrival to rose petal turndown. We can cater for wedding between 30 and 200 guests in our events spaces which include our stunning garden terrace and permanent marquee space.

You can also enjoy the luxury of using Woodlands on an exclusive use basis. You and your guests can enjoy the freedom of using the whole hotel and gardens from 1pm on the day of your wedding until 11am the following day.

Cookridge Hall is a beautiful Old Hall dating back to 1721, and was previously the home of a wealthy land owner.

Our function suite, The Conservatory can seat 80 guests for a traditional wedding breakfast and can accommodate up to 120 for your evening reception. Left Bank does not have a wedding licence, so you cannot have the legal ceremony here. You can go to the registry office beforehand then hold your own service or ceremony at Left Bank, or have a ceremony at another registered venue, then come to Left Bank for the reception.
Left Bank is a beautiful place to celebrate your marriage but it’s also a listed heritage building, with its own quirks and limited facilities. It’s not the Ritz but it is a very flexible space and is the perfect choice if you want a more hands-on, do-it-yourself wedding – the kind where you plan your day and co-opt your friends and family to help set up beforehand and pack up the morning after.
Locatied in Headingley, Jam Session is an ideal venue hire and event space. The premises of Jam Sessions are in a beautiful listed building in the heart of Headingley. Ten minutes from the city centre with excellent public transport links and private parking.
The venue offers a spacious entrance hall with real wooden floors throughout leading to an open wooden staircase taking you to the two individually furbished venue rooms.
Yorkshire stone walls are adorned with antique adorned with antique artefacts and eclectic pieces on display in the dining area and bar space with a mismatch of retro tables and chairs.
